What gets deleted: your name, phone, email, PAN, Aadhaar-linked mobile, bank details, address, uploaded documents, support chat, and WhatsApp message history.
What gets stripped of identifying info, but not deleted: payment records and call history — kept for accounting and legal retention as required by law, with your phone number and any notes removed.
How long it takes: deletion is completed within 30 days, whichever way you ask — this page, the app, or email.
